Baking Factory Worker

Main tasks

• Operates baking machines to mix and knead dough for bread, cakes and other baked products
• Monitors baking process, and adjusts temperature and timing as necessary
• Loads and removes baking trays and tins from ovens, and allows baked goods to cool
• Operates slicing machines to slice bread and other baked products
• Wraps and packages baked products for storage or sale
• Cleans and maintains baking equipment and work area
• Adheres to health and safety regulations and practices in the baking factory
